"Highly Recommend"
First time escapee, long time gamer here. Quest was amazing. The experience was immersive and the setting felt nicely planned-out and designed. The puzzles were a nice mid-tier, and felt challenging without being impossible. I was swept away by the fantasy and enjoyed a nice escape from reality. A little piece of magic in Victoria’s downtown core. The sorcerer’s lair was like finding myself smack dab in the middle of a game of D&D. Highly recommend.

"...One Of The Best Experiences I Have Ever Had..."
This was mine as well as some of my other friends first escape experience room ever. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The room was amazing (we did the Sorcerer’s Lair), and it was such a fun intense adventure. Thank you to the amazing staff who worked during my time (Oct 24, 2021 in the afternoon), you guys were so sweet and helpful, and made the experience ten times better. This is totally worth it, and I recommend this for anyone whose looking to improve your problem solving skills (or just looking for a fun activity with your friends)!

Bookings must be paid in full at time of reservation.
Bookings occurring during our operating hours may be cancelled up to 24 hours from the scheduled start time. Changes made within 24 hours are subject to a minimum charge equal to the minimum number of players for that game (i.e. 2-4 players, depending on the game).
Bookings for 3 or more games or occurring outside of our operating hours are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Birthday party deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
All of our games are designed with all ages in mind, so children of all ages are welcome.
We require an adult player to supervise any children under the age of 14.
How successful any players are is dependent upon their individual experience and development, and the composition of the players in the group.
Escape Rooms: Rosewood Manor 2-6 players, Secrets of the Great Pyramid 2-8 players, Sorcerer’s Lair 4-10 players and Abduction! 2-8 players. Case-Solving Investigators 2-8 players.
Cluetivity’s Magic Portal 2-6 players per iPad is recommended.
No! Escape games are designed to test all your mental faculties, and are intended to be played sober. We do not allow intoxicated players in any of our themes.

Yes. For more information about these bookings, please contact info@questrealitygames.com. All bookings made outside of our regular hours must be arranged at least 3 weeks prior to booking. Bookings outside of our operating hours must be paid in full at time of reservation, payment is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

We are not accepting bookings for birthday party packages at this time. You may still come and celebrate your birthday but the event room and children’s party packages are not available at this time.
Yes, we sell gift vouchers online . Gift vouchers are good towards one player for any of our indoor escape rooms, Case Solving Investigators or our outdoor Cluetivity games.
